Customer service and support forms an integral part of our business and we strive to keep our customers satisfied at all times. Our Customer Support Center provides a single point of contact to our customers who experience system and technical problems with their products and services.

Our System and Technical department maintains a detail record of clients - the type of equipment and the year purchased. A record of all services carried out on each and every unit of the equipment is also kept. It is the policy of CCR to provide the following:-

  • 24 Hours Stand-by Duty by our System & Technical staff during live-run
  • 24 Hours Help Desk Support
  • Loan units are always available in case of emergency
  • Immediate MODEM Support
  • Maintenance services during warranty period are F.O.C.
  • Maintenance services after the warranty period is always minimal and negotiable
  • Advice and consultation on the future upgrade of the system and software
